On November 25, 2018, Arneiro 1969 hosted the second edition of the INTRADITION event—INTRADITION'18—this time at the A Casa restaurant in Várzea de Sintra. This edition paid tribute to the company's history, with a special focus on the period when Reinaldo Arneiro sold jewelry at street markets in the central region of the country.
With this spirit in mind, the event's mechanics were inspired precisely by those fair days. Ten invited designers and brands occupied their own stalls, recreating the traditional atmosphere of the markets where it all began.
The Concept: "It's Another Story. Ours."
Sob o mote “É outra História. A nossa.”, o INTRADITION’18 celebrou não apenas o legado da Arneiro 1969, mas também a importância dos seus parceiros criativos e comerciais. A cada designer foi atribuído um valor emocional partilhado com a marca — uma forma simbólica de reconhecimento pelo contributo que deram e continuam a dar ao sucesso da Arneiro.

These served as core values for the creation of an emotional manifesto that reflected the brand's identity and its connection with its partners:

Every day we dedicate ourselves body and soul to what we do, striving to maintain this path of excellence. We have an unshakable belief that this is the right way. We feel immeasurable love for what we do. It is with perseverance that we face new challenges, it is with determination that we speak. It is our family that supports us. It is the balance between reason and emotion that keeps us makes us exclusive. It was in this bosom that we were born. This is how we evolved. This is how we are who we are. Together. And now? A Meaningful Space: A Casa Restaurant
The choice of A Casa Restaurant was no accident. This intimate space, full of vintage spirit, with plates, glasses, and details that transport us to our grandmothers' homes, reinforced the feeling of closeness and belonging.
Because home is where we welcome friends, that's what we wanted to offer to all those who are part of our history.
Experience, Emotion, and Tradition
The event was meticulously planned down to the last detail to create an authentic and memorable experience: a DJ set to play vinyl records to liven up the atmosphere with a nostalgic touch. Sara Maia, one of the guest designers, created pieces live using her silver bobbin lace technique, reinforcing the value of tradition and craftsmanship. The central stand, inspired by Reinaldo Arneiro's, was the highlight of the event: all guests were able to take a photo as "market vendors," briefly experiencing a moment that is part of the genesis of Arneiro 1969.

INTRADITION'18 was not just a celebration of goldsmith—it was a declaration of identity, gratitude, and a vision for the future.
Traditional and contemporary Portuguese goldsmith was once again in the spotlight, reinforcing Arneiro 1969's mission to continue honoring the past, cherishing the present, and building the future of goldsmithing in Portugal.
