    Arneiro has no control over these charges, nor is it able to make an estimate.


    Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, there may be delays beyond the estimated time of delivery.

  • EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

    After receiving your order, you will have 30 days to exchange or return, FREE OF CHARGE*, any item. The return costs are borne by Arneiro, in case of return or first exchange. After the first exchange, the return costs will be applied to the customer (except due to quality reasons).


    To exchange or return your purchase, please follow the following steps:


    1. Access your Arneiro account and click on the “ORDERS” tab;
    2. Find the order in question and click to view the details;
    3. Click on the button “RETURN/ EXCHANGE;”
    4. Select the item(s) and click on “Return” or “Exchange;”
    5. In the case of exchanging one item for another of the same, you can choose the different size or color you wish;
    6. In the case of returning an item for a different piece, or to simply return your purchase, choose “Return”
    7. Choose the return method (delivery in person to our store in Sintra, collection from your address, or shipping to our address);
    8. In the case of return, choose how you wish to receive your refund
    9. Place your item(s) in their original packaging in their original condition, with no signs of use;
    10. In the case of collection from your address, please wait for Arneiro Customer Assistance to contact you (via e-mail, SMS, or WhatsApp) in order to schedule a collection date and receive our transport agent’s mailing sticker. Please attach the sticker to the exterior of the package;
