Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. After receiving the order, the customer has 30 days to exchange or return their item FREE OF CHARGE, counting from the shipping date. Return costs are covered by Arneiro in the case of a return or the first exchange. For subsequent exchanges, shipping costs will be borne by the customer (except for quality-related issues)
