Lembrança

The Lembrança collection is born from the tradition of Portuguese medals from the 80s and 90s, reinterpreted with a contemporary approach to goldsmithing. These medals are meant to be given as gifts, kept and passed down through generations. They carry promises, protection, faith, love and affection. They are national icons kept in boxes and drawers, something that was once mere memories, and has been transformed into something truly lived.
This collection represents the idea that inheriting is transforming what we receive into what we become. It carries the belief that time does not pass, it remains within us.
